What is NWL's store return policy? |
National Wholesale Liquidators has a seven day money back guarantee and a fourteen day store-credit policy on all of its merchandise, assuming that the item is still in its original condition with the original casing and all of the original parts.
Due to health and sanitary issues, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food and undergarments. We also can not accept returns or exchanges on perfume and ready-to-assemble furniture.

Can I purchase NWL merchandise directly from the web site? |

For example, National Wholesale Liquidators stores are typically located in suburban shopping plazas, where overhead costs are lower than regional mall locations. Inside the store, National Wholesale Liquidators forgoes unnecessary fancy store fixtures, opting instead to give our customers lower prices.
Additionally, all store operating costs are very well negotiated from polishing the floors to the signs on the doors. All of these savings are passed on to the customer through lower merchandise prices.

Does NWL ever sell anything that is not first quality merchandise? |
No. National Wholesale Liquidators takes pride in all of its products and sales. All of the merchandise we carry is new. We do not stock refurbished merchandise and we do not purchase other stores returns. Because we give value back to the customer, some have the misconception that some of the merchandise is not of first quality, but everything we stock is first quality, new merchandise.
