The Programmer/Analyst codes, tests and implements programs according to functional business requirements
and change specifications. The Programmer/Analyst supports production systems through maintenance and
enhancements according to service requests and identified production problems. Required skills include the
ability to write code and debug application systems in a Series i RPG IV environment. We require an undergraduate
degree (technical or business related) or combination of completed advanced level training classes from an accredited
education facility with equivalent job experience.

Department Specialists
Houseware, Health and Beauty Aids, Cleaning, Automotive, Hardware, Furniture, Clothing, Food, Giftware, Appliances and Electronics
Department Specialist positions are responsible for supervising the operations in an individual department. Candidates should have at least 1-3 years of work experience and at least a high school diploma/GED (or currently be attending high school). Candidates should also have previous supervisory experience managing a diverse workforce.
Sales Associates
Sales associate positions can work in a variety of areas, such as cashiering, receiving, inventory, etc. Candidates should have some work experience and at least a high school diploma/GED (or currently be attending high school).
Store Management
Store Management positions are responsible for the financial, human resource, customer service, inventory and operational management of the store. Candidates should have at least 1-3 years of management experience for Assistant Managers and 3-5 years for Store Managers. We require some college experience, with a four-year degree preferred.
